O servidor aposentado, que contribuiu para o Serviço Urbanos com uma carga de 40 horas semanais e estava lotado no setor de Limpeza Urbana, estava recebendo sua aposentadoria com base na tabela de vencimentos para uma jornada de 30 horas, desde maio de 2023. No entanto, a jornada efetiva do servidor sempre foi de 40 horas.
Após análise e revisão, foi determinado que a aposentadoria deve ser recalculada com base na tabela salarial correspondente a uma jornada de 40 horas. Além disso, foi autorizada a inclusão imediata dessa revisão na folha de pagamento de julho/2024, com o pagamento do retroativo devido.
